You can apply online through our website by selecting an available property and completing the application. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-qualified basis. You can also reach out though the selected property and we will send you an application.
All residents 18 years of age or older who will be living in the home must complete a separate rental application. Co-signers/guarantors are also required to complete an application so we can verify income, credit, and background as part of our screening process. Minors under 18 do not need to apply and should be listed as occupants on the lease instead. This helps ensure a smooth and transparent approval process for everyone involved. Rent is due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise stated in your lease.

Any grace period is defined in your lease. Late fees may apply if rent is not received by the due date.
Deposits are typically processed within the timeframe required by Kansas law of up to 30-days after lease ends, provided a forwarding address is supplied.
